Tier Ranking Philosophy
S-tier items (Track-o-Matic, Torch) are purchased every run without exception. A-tier items (Flares, Zoom-Ola) dramatically improve survival in hard sectors. B-tier items (weapons, S.T.C.) are situational luxuries for experienced players. C-tier items are cosmetic-only purchases when surplus Tokens exist.
